This is the rate the member pays during the cutting season. It is charge automatically every month to your credit card on file. It begins on the day we deliver the equipment to your home, you have approved of the equipment and have a full understanding on how to operate the equipment.
This is the rate the member pays during the off season, the dormant season can vary and is based on the USDA growth zone. This "dormant" membership begins automatically once the dormant month arrives and the rate remains at the dormant level until the in-season rate begins.
The reservation fee as we like to call it, is a one-time fee to set up your new account, get your equipment ready and deliver it too you in a timely manor. As long as your account remains open which means active or dormant, you never have to pay this again. If the account is actually closed then a new activation fee would be required.
Repair or Replacement
The awesome benefit of the Lawn Mower Club is that our members have zero responsibility when it comes to repairing their piece of equipment. There is no cost to the member at all for equipment that just will not function properly. If it is apparent that there is serious misuse such as using the equipment as a bush hog, or running it over with a vehicle, there may be a charge for repair. This is very rare and on a case by case basis.
It is imperative that our members advise us a needed repair as soon as possible. The method for notification will be either by online form, email or calling us directly. Our commitment to our members is that we will repair or replace their improperly functioning equipment quickly, no matter the time of year!
With your LMC membership your equipment is delivered free of charge, which covers most all of our service areas. In the case where a customer would like to join but is beyond the standard radius, we would transport for an additional transport fee. Call us for details.
